In the event of disputes between the participating companies and the research
house, how will the disputes be resolved?
The SNCIR Scheme will be overseen by a Scheme Management Committee (SMC) whose
members will comprise of Mr David Gerald from SIAS, Mr Kevin Scully of NRA
Capital and an independent person who will be named later. All disputes and
complaints will be sent the scheme administrator who will then call on SMC for
mediation and resolution. The decision of SMC will be final.
How do companies participate in the SNCIR Scheme?
You will need to contact Ms Raymi Shankar, the manager in-charge of
administering the scheme, at (email) or (tel) and we will send you a appointment
letter for your signature. You can also contact Ms Shankar if you have any
further enquiries.
How would you allocate the research house if I choose to be covered by only one
research house?
The allocation will be decided by SMC and we will inform the participating
companies of the allocation once it is decided. The SMC’s allocation decision
will be final.
Will the research house highlight the participating companies on media?
Though representatives of the two research houses often appear on the media, the
decision to highlight the participating companies will be made by the research
houses.
